7-Day Easy Return

At **Easy Shopping A.R.S**, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within **7 days** of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health safety reasons:

  • Personal Care Products (Undergarments, Swimwear, etc.)
  • Consumable items (Food, Beverages)
  • Customized or Personalized Items
  • Software/Digital Goods

*We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

For **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders, we will issue a bank transfer or mobile wallet (eSewa) transfer.
